The Station | Under Construction | 241-Bed, 7-Story Building
Construction is underway and progressing on schedule and within budget for The Station at 505 S. Fifth Street, a premier student housing development located just a block and a half from Green Street and two blocks west of the Engineering Campus at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (UIUC).
This 241-bed, 7-story building is designed to meet the growing demand for high-quality student accommodations. Once complete, The Station will offer a range of floor plans, modern finishes, spacious common areas, and a full suite of in-building amenities, all in a prime location for students.
Part of the JSM Living portfolio, which is known for strong occupancy rates and consistent rent growth, The Station will be a valuable addition to the UIUC student housing market.

Meridian Homes at Sycamore Drive, our Build-to-Rent (BTR) development in McCordsville, Indiana, is now fully stabilized. Horizontal construction began in March 2023, transforming open fields into a thoughtfully planned residential community. The final 152 three- and four-bedroom single-family detached homes were delivered in May 2025.
