Student Housing Development, UIUC Campus
The Station | Under Construction | 241-Bed, 7-Story Building
Located a block and a half off Green Street and two blocks west of the Engineering Campus at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (UIUC), The Station at 505 S Fifth St. is a new student housing development. Designed to meet the growing demand for student accommodations, this building will provide modern amenities in an ideal location for students.
The Station will feature a range of living options, with high-quality finishes, spacious common areas, and in-building amenities. The project is part of the JSM Living portfolio, which consistently achieves strong occupancy rates and rent growth.

Build-to-Rent
Meridian Homes at Sycamore Drive
Construction is underway at our Build-to-Rent (BTR) development in McCordsville, Indiana. The development site is located in the suburbs of Indianapolis, which is the Midwest’s second fastest growing metro and is set to include 152 three- and four-bedroom new construction townhouse units. Vertical construction began January 2024 and will continue through March 2025, when the final units are delivered.
The units will feature four different one or two-story designs and will be among the largest community in the submarket.
Commercial Development
Shops at Bonterra | 15,960 SF 1 Story Multi-Tennant Building, 2.58 acre site
The new retail building under construction in Westfield, Indiana, is a modern, single-story structure designed to accommodate multiple tenants. Located prominently along State Route 32, it offers high visibility and easy access for shoppers. The building features a contemporary façade with large storefront windows, ample parking, and flexible interior spaces to suit various retail businesses. With its strategic location and versatile design, this development aims to attract a diverse range of tenants and enhance the shopping experience in the Westfield area.
Estimated completion is January 2025.
