Hartman Capital Welcomes Peter Romano, Industry Veteran, to lead Investment Team

Hartman Capital is pleased to welcome Peter Romano to the team. Peter will serve as the Chief Investment Officer and oversee acquisitions, investments, capital raising, capital deployment, and investor relations, driving continued growth and long-term strategy across the organization.

With more than 15 years of experience across the student housing, retail, hospitality, and multifamily sectors, Peter brings a strong track record of building businesses from the ground up and executing over $300 million in transactions across diverse asset classes. He holds a Master’s in Real Estate and a Master’s in City and Regional Planning from Cornell University, as well as an MBA from Ithaca College.
