Meridian Homes at Sycamore Drive, our Build-to-Rent (BTR) development in McCordsville, Indiana, is now fully stabilized. Horizontal construction began in March 2023, transforming open fields into a thoughtfully planned residential community. The final 152 three- and four-bedroom single-family detached homes were delivered in May 2025.
